HIIT (high intensity interval training) is the perfect workout to improve cardiovascular health, gain lean muscle, and maximize calorie burn. The class consists of quick, intense body weight exercises with short breaks in between each circuit. The perfect workout for all fitness levels as you can customize the exercise to your fitness level and grow with each class.
