Interested in achieving a dancer's physique without having to learn choreography? Sculpt your way to a ballerina body in this class! Classes feature exercises using the ballet barre that will tone your legs, lift your glutes, and strengthen your upper body and core. The class ends with a stretch to help you relax and to lengthen your muscles.
Taking class on Zoom? Be sure to have the following items on hand: Yoga mat, light hand weights (soup cans and water bottles will do, too!), and a Pilates ball or Yoga block (a small beach ball or soccer ball will be fine, too).
