A series of poses designed to help the participant focus on breath control and mindfulness while promoting flexibility. Class ends with a guided meditation for relaxation. For the yogi who wants a stronger practice.

This class takes place on ZOOM simultaneously with the in-studio class. Please have a yoga mat accessible and water to hydrate.
