Perfect for all levels - beginner through advanced dancers welcomed!

There is an optional 15 minute strengthening portion at the end of class - you do not have to stay if you don't want to take this portion of class. This is recommended for anyone looking to build strength in their feet and ankles, build more stability in their balance movements, and/or if you are looking for some pointe work (please ask a staff member before purchasing and wearing pointe shoes).
