Anyone can do Pilates! It is a great workout for everybody and every BODY! Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.
Please bring a yoga mat and water to this class. Barre socks required for any barre/pilates/yoga classes. We have barre socks available for purchase at the studio.
