Slow your mind and body down with this special restorative yoga class. We will be using props to hold yoga poses almost effortlessly as we emphasize the meditative aspect of yoga. This practice is not an active yoga class but instead is slow paced and relaxing. Suitable for all levels!

PLEASE BRING yoga cushions or pillows. Dress comfortably!
