Interested in achieving a dancer's physique without having to learn choreography? Sculpt your way to a ballerina body in this class! Classes feature exercises using the ballet barre that will tone your legs, lift your glutes, and strengthen your upper body and core. The class ends with a stretch to help you relax and to lengthen your muscles.

Please bring: towel or yoga mat, light weights, water. Any other equipment will be provided to you. This class meets at Robert Moses Field 5 - go all the way to the lighthouse side to the furthest path (on the left if you are looking at the beach). You will see us set up on the beach, and Kelly will meet any new comers on the path so they know where to go!
