Classes feature exercises using the ballet barre that will tone your legs, lift your glutes, and strengthen your upper body and core. The class ends with a stretch to help you relax and to lengthen your muscles.
This class is ONLINE synchronously with the in-studio class. Equipment needed: yoga mat, light weights, pilates ball (OR yoga block, inflatable ball, soccer ball), and pilates ring (OR yoga strap/scarf).
