Classes feature exercises using the ballet barre that will tone your legs, lift your glutes, and strengthen your upper body and core. The class ends with a stretch to help you relax and to lengthen your muscles.
This class takes place online synchronously with the in-person class. Equipment needed: Yoga mat, pilates ring or yoga strap (a scarf or belt can substitute), light weights, pilates ball (yoga block or small soccer ball or inflatable ball works, too).
